30 Ways How We Kick it Up!

1) Our manager will stay at most or all of your event to insure quality, safety and service, complimentary, unless you ask for drop off only.
2) We will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy! We know what customer service is!
3) We offer customized menus. Just about anything you can think of we will create for you! Just ask.
4) Great value for fresh, quality, scrumptious, most or all of it from scratch cuisine, with an extra special personalized touch. We won’t add on all kinds of extra charges to nickel and dime you, as often is done. There is a $150 commercial kitchen fee that we, therefore you, have to pay and tax. Gratuity is up to you. (Industry standard for great service is 20 percent.)
5) We will advise you and help you to work within your budget big or small.
6) We allow confirmation of exact guest count until 5 days before event
8) Professional, personable, do just-about-anything for you uniformed staff.
9) Unlimited phone assistance, day, night and weekends, depending on your needs.
10) Formal teas with all the special touches are available.
11) Our event planners can cover all details and plan your party for you, leaving you, to just have fun!
12) We throw parties with pizzazz for big and small, and can create party favors, invitations and all for you.
13) We offer specialties such as French, Italian, Monaco, Thai, Mexican, New Mexican, Barbeque, American, Romanian, Vegetarian, Greek, Arabic, Whole Foods and Vegan Foods
14) Gold, silver, beautiful glass and custom baskets serving containers and trays for non drop-offs
15)Can email orders 7 days ahead, pending we can accept the job
16)We are fully licensed, permitted and insured and it will cover your venue and the event.
17) Bride and Groom eat complimentary, and we are happy to box some up to-go for the busy bride and groom upon your request

20) Complimentary use of beautiful glass dove etched toasting glasses
21) No Corkage Fee. Depending on how you want it served, you may want a wine and beer steward for $17 per hour.
22) We have ivory with gold banded china, and gold flat ware for 100 people for $3 per person to cover the transportation, bussing and washing. We have some glass ware. You or we can arrange rental for more at about $3.50 per person, depending on your needs.

25) Complimentary linens and decor' tied into your theme or color scheme for the SERVING tables from our inventory
26) Complimentary chocolate fountain with order of chocolate.

28) Complimentary multi colored, lit beverage fountain with order of punch
29) We offer discounts to most non-profit / serving agencies.
30) After the bills are paid, the extra proceeds will go to funding a ranch, to house and teach the down and out people, that Pamela and her family often mentor. At the ranch the people will be taught to work hard and shown how to get their life in order to become a contributing and giving citizen. If they have learned how to tend to the ranch and proven themselves that they can be professional, then they may be offered employment with our catering company, to learn a second trade.

We can do drop off, buffet, outdoor events, or by approval sit down. We will achieve your dream dining, beautiful buffet, corporate luncheon or fun outdoor experience. Great food has often been called the 'essence of life,' and it can indeed be one of the most important and memorable elements of your gathering and we will go the extra mile to try to insure your guests will leave feeling as if they had a great meal and that they were cared for!
