  • Our Chef, Bruce Nelson graduated from the Lederwolf Culinary Academy. He has held a good reputation for many years as he has cooked for Hyatt Hotel, Macaroni Grill, Fridays, Coeurd' Alene Resort, Original Pete's, Woodcreek Golf Course Kitchen Manager, and others.

    Our Manager, Pamela Hopper, has about 10 successful years of experience in food and beverage, usually in management with Special Occasions Catering, Farrell's Ice Cream Parlor Restaurant, Marriott Hotels, Ramada Inn, Hershel's Deli Bakery, Best Western Hotel Restaurant, IHOP and more. With both of our skills and a staff that strives for excellence and your happiness we have a winning team to be diverse and cater to what your customized dreams are. We even have an experienced barista.

    To top this all off we serve scrumptious, mouth watering foods almost always from scratch, but don't take our word for it look at our customer comments and reviews. Some of our specialties are Thai Curry mild - hot with Potatoes, Baby Carrots and Jasmine Rice, New Mexican Green Chili Enchiladas, comfort foods and many other high class entrees. See our menu for ideas but don't let it limit your imagination. We buy our foods fresh right before your event and love to cook it with spices and flavors you will savor.
